How do I schedule an appointment?
Getting started is easy! Visit our contact page and submit your information. Our wonderful administrator Kate will reach out to learn more about what you’re looking for and help you take the next step toward scheduling an appointment.
What counseling services do you provide?
We currently provide counseling for teens, adults, couples, and families. Our therapists offer support for those navigating difficult times, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more. Together, we work to build healthy coping and communication skills, strengthen conflict resolution, and support meaningful, lasting change.
Do you offer online and in-person counseling?
Yes! We offer both in-person and online counseling appointments, allowing you to choose the option that feels most comfortable and convenient for you. You can meet with your therapist in our East Lansing office or attend your session online from the comfort of your home, office, or another private space. Our goal is to make counseling as accessible and convenient as possible while providing the same supportive, personalized care.

Do you take insurance?
Yes! We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna/Evernorth and Priority Health.
We are also in the process of becoming in-network with Medicare, Medicaid and McLaren Health Plan.
